At its core is a new “BGE” Hellcat/Apache engine block featuring a 4-bolt main and 1-piece rear main seal, paired with a forged crankshaft (4.050" stroke), forged pistons, and 6.125" connecting rods for a strong, internally balanced rotating assembly. With a 4.090" bore and Gen III HEMI Apache aluminum heads (73cc chambers), this engine delivers exceptional airflow through 2.140" intake and 1.650" exhaust valves. A hydraulic roller cam (.614"/.614" lift, 231/255 duration @ .050", 115° LSA) provides a broad powerband ideal for street performance. It accepts modern 6.1L, 6.4L, or 2009+ 5.7L intake manifolds, though it’s not compatible with the stock Hellcat supercharger. With a mid-sump oil pan for muscle car swaps, matching ignition components, and complete accessories like valve covers, timing cover, water pump, and harmonic balancer, this engine is a perfect fit for high-horsepower street builds that demand reliability and aggressive performance.
